Junior Interior Designer
At John Jacob Interiors, we offer a holistic approach to design from architectural detailing to furnishing and we’re looking for a Junior Interior Designer with a passion for creating timeless, elegant spaces to join our award-winning team.
What you’ll do:

Collaborate with Senior Interior Designers from deign development through to project execution.

Attend site meetings, site inspections and joinery/furniture factory meetings.

Handle procurement for projects, including sourcing and selecting finishes, sanitaryware, and ironmongery.

Produce comprehensive working drawings in AutoCAD and project schedules (lighting, sanitaryware, doors, finishes, etc).
What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years experience in interior design or interior architecture.

Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup (essential)

Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines.

Flexible and capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
